As the cups are handmade, there may be slight variations in colour and glaze. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, general appearance or use of the product. This is the charm of a handmade cup.

The effect glaze can be delicate due to the cavities and bubbles. The glaze is matte and can and will crumble in the foam, so there is no guarantee on the foam glaze. It is the living and beautiful thing about the cup that it is affected by life just as nature changes.

I recommend that the cup be put in the dishwasher (it should not be washed by hand) to keep it looking good. When the cup is wet, do not start to press on the glaze, it should be left to air dry.

If there are stains that you cannot remove, you can clean the cup in a bowl of chlorine bleach and water for 15 minutes.
