I have chosen local pickup in Viby, how does it work?

We will pack your order as quickly as possible. If it is urgent, please write it in the comments field. When you have received an email that your order is ready, it can be picked up at Fabrikvej 8, 8260 Viby J. There is a pick-up box at the address, so you can pick up your order around the clock. The area is video-surveilled. You do not need a code or anything else. Your name is on the bag.

Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping. We hope you can wrap it beautifully yourself so we can spend the time making even more beautiful cups for you.

My order is a gift - can it be exchanged?

Yes, we exchange and refund within 30 days.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a store in Aarhus. Our address in Viby is our workshop where we make all the cups. But send an email to camilla@studio-aarhus.dk and we can inform you of the nearest dealer.
